Complex IT outsourcing is the most popular of our services. On the base of outsourcing agreement we are responsible for:
- Current IT network services;
- Implementation of amendments supplied by producers;
- Implementation of active configurations of network devices;
- Monitoring of antivirus, anti spam and database systems;-
- Helpdesk for users;
- Evidence of IT documentation and Client’s IT resources;
- Realization of tasks connected with Client’s corporation policy;
- Help and assistance with laying out your IT budgets, concepts for creating change and development, which align with the specific goals of your business;
- Constant reporting on equipment parameters and necessary changes, along with offers how to decrease your expenditures on infrastructure and work effectiveness;
- Maintaining contacts with other companies providing services for the Client, especially with warranty and non-warranty service of computer hardware and software. Acting on the behalf of the Client during their visits and transport of the computer equipment to outward companies, supervising repairs, computer equipment installation after repairs within the charges fee;
- Own equipment service of non-warranty service – paid extra.
