InfoLAN Company is strongly determined to provide its services at the highest level. At the end of 2005 the owner of the company - Tomasz Laszuk decided to implement Quality Management System (QMS) in the following activities: IT services and IT products sale. The implementation was realized with the support of EU structural fund - Sectoral Operational Programme Improvement of the Competitiveness of Enterprises. The certificate was obtained in May 2006. The System fulfils the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 Standard. In May 2009, during the audit certification we have updated our system documentation to the latest requirements. In accordance with quality standards, the important element is constant monitoring of Client's opinions about our work. Therefore every year we organize anonymous surveys among our Clients due to know theirs views on our commercial and service offer. We are pleased to inform, that in previous four editions we constantly collected high scores at 85-95 points on a scale of 100 points.
